2012 Parish Picnic
On Sunday September 23, St. Demetrius held its annual Parish Picnic. The temperature was a pleasant 20ºC and not a drop of precipitation ...because the picnic was held in the Church hall due to the cold weather and rain outside! Good food - kobasky, khvasolya, salads, desserts - was enjoyed in a picnic-ky atmosphere complete with red and white tablecloths. Thanks to all who participated and brought food items to share with fellow parishioners, and to Parish Council for organizing the event.
