On Sunday March 2, St. Demetrius parish presented its annual concert to commemorate the life of Ukraine's most well-known poet Taras Shevchenko.  Children from the St. Demetrius Sunday School recited poems, the St. Demetrius Bandura School played pieces, and the St. Demetrius Parish Choir sang songs, all to the words of Taras Shevchenko.  Liza Zienchuk served as Master of Ceremonies for the concert.  Thanks to all who attended, participated, and planned the event.
